Service registration
Request a service on a product by using the application form here at the website. Please note that you can only register one product on each Service ID. For estimates we charge 1 hour to set off if the device is repaired.
- Make a service request here at the web site. You will receive an e-mail with your Service ID and other information regarding location of service etc. When you send the product to us please mark it with this Service ID.
- We will register the product at arrival and you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
- Our service engineers examines the product. You will get an e-mail with estimated time for service and an estimated cost.
- When the product is ready, you will receive an e-mail when and where this will be delivered.
Information about the returned product will be deleted from Beijer Electronics databases if we do not receive the unit within 4 weeks.
