RVS-DX
The DX models, which are fourth-generation soft starters controlled by microprocessors, have ben developed for advanced applications such as pumps, fans, blowers, compressors, conveyors, etc. The DX models are programmed by means of a display and a set of buttons.

Unique reversing function
Sometimes being able to reverse your electric motor, e.g. if it jams or to move it into the correct position, is a must. This facility was not previously available in soft starters, but this unique reversing function has now been integrated into the RVS-DX and RVS-DN models. The function makes it possible to reverse for max. 30 seconds. It is worth noting that no contactor is required.
Pump control function
There is a choice of "start curves" and various "stop curves" so you can find the ideal soft stop for various systems. The function prevents the flow from being stopped abruptly, which can create a pressure surge in the system, resulting in damage to pipes, valves and other mechanical equipment. It is important, for instance when using ball valves, that the ball "rolls into place" gently before you stop the motor completely. You can choose four different pump curves.
Bypass/motor protection
Function that guides the current past the soft starter once the speed has been reached, but retains the motor protection function. This means, among other things, that heat development is reduced and the components' useful life is extended.
Digital parameter unit
There is a digital parameter unit that enables you to quickly and easily define your settings.
